Sido Muncul Will Distribute Interim Dividends Of IDR 647.57 Billion

JAKARTA - The issuer producing herbal medicine and pharmaceuticals, PT Industri Jamu and Pharmacy Sido Muncul Tbk. (SIDO), decided to distribute interim cash dividends to its shareholders for the 2025 financial year.

SIDO management in its official explanation on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Friday, October 31, SIDO will disburse dividends of IDR 647.57 billion or equivalent to IDR 22 per share. The company emphasized that the dividend is not an equity effect other than shares and cannot be converted into shares.

The distribution of the interim dividend comes from the Company's net profit for a nine-month period ending on September 30, 2025. With this decision, SIDO shows its commitment to continue providing returns to shareholders, supported by stable financial performance throughout the year.

Based on the schedule announced, the date of Cum Dividend (the end of stock trading with dividend rights) in the Regular and Negotiated Market is set on November 10, 2025. Meanwhile, the date of Ex Dividend (the date of trading without dividend rights) in the same market is November 11, 2025. The date for determining the Register of Shareholders (Recording Date) entitled to receive dividends is November 12, 2025 at 16.00 WIB.

The payment date for the SIDO cash interim dividend is scheduled to be carried out on November 27, 2025. This payment will be made through the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI) for shareholders whose shares are recorded in collective care. Payments will be distributed to shareholders whose names are recorded in the DPS according to the set date.

The company also reminds foreign taxpayers who want to take advantage of the Income Tax (PPh) rate based on the Double Tax Avoidance Agreement (P3B) to immediately submit a Certificate of Domicile (SKD) or e-SKD to the SIDO Administration Bureau (BAE) no later than 12 November 2025.
