Present At ISEWGR Ministry Of Energy And Mineral Resources, IIF Encourages Government And Private Collaboration In Renewable Energy Development

JAKARTA - PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (IIF) was present as a speaker at the Indonesia Sustainable Energy Week Goes Regional Sulawesi event organized by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM). This event aims to highlight the importance of investment in renewable energy, identify main investment priorities, and encourage policy adjustments and collaboration among stakeholders in accelerating the clean energy transition in South Sulawesi.

In the event, Irman Boyle as Head of Advisory IIF, conveyed his views on the challenges of developing current energy infrastructure and the importance of synergy between the government and the private sector in creating a conducive investment ecosystem.

"Indonesia is trying to carry out sustainable infrastructure development. In response, IIF is here to focus on providing financing to the private sector for infrastructure projects such as toll roads, ports, and others, based on social and environmental principles," said Irman, in his statement, Thursday, October 30.

In addition, Irman added that IIF also contributes to the development of renewable energy and is initiating decarbonization measures to achieve the net zero emission target. The hope is that through collaboration with GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft f\"ur Internationale Zusammenareit), IIF can build financing facilities that support sustainable and innovative projects for a greener future.

In addition to discussing the challenges of infrastructure development, IIF also introduces its infrastructure financing products and services, bothfund-based, non-fund-based, and non-fund-based services. All these products are designed to support the acceleration of infrastructure projects, including renewable energy projects in various regions of Indonesia.

The presence of IIF in this forum confirms the company's commitment as a catalyst for sustainable infrastructure financing in Indonesia, in line with the national agenda to achieve the Net Zero Emission 2060 target.

With measured financing support and a strong sustainability approach, IIF continues to play an active role in bridging capital needs, strengthening developer capacity, and ensuring infrastructure development that not only supports economic growth, but also maintains environmental sustainability and community welfare.
