Java Jazz Festival 2026 Held Again On 29-31 May

JAKARTA - The Java Festival Production announced the holding of the 2026 International Java Jazz Festival (JJF) at the Nusantara International Convention Exhibition (NICE) at Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK 2) on 29-31 May.

Different from the previous event which was originally held at JCC Senayan then moved to JIExpo Kemayoran JJF 2026 bringing a new spirit, following the selection of NICE PIK 2 as a new location (venue).

"For 15 amazing years, JIExpo Kemayoran has been an extraordinary place for the Java Jazz Festival. We are very grateful for their cooperation and support, which allows this festival to develop and welcome visitors from all over the world," said Dewi Gontha as President Director of the Java Festival Production in a statement, Thursday, October 30.

"When we entered the new chapter, we brought the same spirit to the new venue," he added.

Until now, the team is still working to determine the lineup of performers who will be brought to the new venue.

In addition, ticket information for JJF 2026 will soon be announced and can be fiakses through www.javajazzfestival.com.

The bold move to move the venue to NICE reflects organizers' commitment to provide a more comfortable, accessible, and unforgettable experience with a world-class environment for audiences, musicians, and partners.

For two decades, the Java Jazz Festival has grown to become one of Asia's largest and most influential music festivals, with thousands of legendary musicians to new talents.

At NICE, festivals will have wider space to explore creative concepts and ideas, develop and evolve further. With this new location, the festival hopes to realize dreams that previously seemed difficult to realize, making big dreams come true.
