Hutama Karya Rampung Builds ASN 2 Flats At IKN
JAKARTA - PT Hutama Karya (Persero) revealed that the progress of the construction of the ASN 2 Flats in the Central Government Core Area (KIPP) of the Capital City of the Archipelago (IKN), East Kalimantan has reached 99.9 percent. This means that the construction process has been completed.
The project consists of eight towers, each having four floors for joint facilities and ten residential floors, with a total of 480 units capable of housing around 1,920 residents.
Executive Vice President (EVP) Corporate Secretary Hutama Karya Mardiansyah said that in order to realize quality housing, this project adopted the concept of Building Green Building (BGH) and Building Smart Building (BGC) which supports energy efficiency, sustainable environmental management, and the comfort of residents.
In addition, the ASN 2 Flats also integrate the Smart Forest City concept as part of the vision of a green city that is integrated with nature. This residence is equipped with various supporting facilities, such as prayer rooms, clinics, RT/RW rooms, PAUD, gyms, playgrounds, parking areas, and community spaces.
Each unit is 98 m2 wide with a spatial layout consisting of one main room, two children's rooms, a family room, dining room, and a kitchen. All units have been fully furnished and integrated with a smart home system.
Mardiansyah said the application of the Aluminum Formwork System (Aluform) technology helped accelerate the construction process while ensuring the quality of the building that was precise and consistent.
The Aluform system not only accelerates the time of work, but also maintains the consistency and quality of construction results. This technology proves that modern construction can remain efficient without sacrificing quality," he said in an official statement, Thursday, October 30.
With a project value of Rp1.63 trillion and a working time of 26 months, continued Mardiansyah, currently the progress of development has reached 99.9 percent with six towers operating and inhabited by around 180 ASN families.
Mardiansyah said the other two towers were in the partial handover stage. The ASN 2 flat is a tangible manifestation of sustainable and efficient housing development.
