According to him, Starray EM-i will be marketed in around 20 countries, from Asia-Pacific to Europe, Latin America, and Africa. In Indonesia itself, Geely shows her strong commitment by starting local production for this model.

"Now, let's talk about our progress in Indonesia. We are very proud to see Geely's strong growth in this market. In September, we started local production of Starray EM-i, this is a major milestone that demonstrates our commitment to growing with the Indonesian auto industry," he continued.

Evin Ye also emphasized that Starray EM-i is a symbol of a mix of innovations and fun driving experiences. And at its peak, Geely finally officially announced the price of this car.

Geely Starray EM-i is built on GAE architecture, an innovative global platform that integrates hardware, systems, ecosystems, and artificial intelligence (AI) technology in one connected system.

The name EM-i stands for E-Motive Intelligence, which describes the ability of a hybrid system to combine electricity and gasoline intelligently. As a result, fuel efficiency increases, performance is more powerful, and exhaust emissions are lower.

The kitchen relies on a 1,500 cc engine with a thermal efficiency of 46.5 percent, the highest in its class. Strengthened with an 18.4 kWh battery, this car is capable of traveling up to 105 km in pure electric mode, the furthest distance in its segment. Combined with a 51 liter fuel tank, the total distance can penetrate more than 1,000 km, with an equivalent fuel consumption of 83 km/liter.

The SiC (Silicon Carbide) and Intelligent Electric Control technologies ensure power remains optimal and responsive, even when the battery is at a low level. In terms of safety, the Starray EM-i is equipped with an L2 ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) system which includes modern features such as Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keeping Assist, to Automatic Emergency Braking.
