MedcoEnergi Spreads Interim Dividend 42 Million US Dollars
JAKARTA - PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk (MEDC) announced the distribution of interim dividends for the 2025 financial year with an amount of IDR 28.3 per share.
MedcoEnergi President Director Hilmi Panigoro said the dividend distribution had been approved by the company's board of directors and commissioners.
The amount of dividends given is 42 million US dollars for the 2025 financial year.
"The interim dividend will be paid in the fourth quarter of 2025 in accordance with the regulations of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)," he said in a statement to the media, Thursday, October 30.
Hilmi also emphasized that the announced interim dividends increased by 66 percent compared to the interim dividends paid in 2024.

Thus, the total dividend paid in 2025 will reach 80 million US dollars, or an increase of 18 percent per share compared to the total dividend paid in the 2024 calendar year.
"This increase in interim dividends reflects the company's ongoing solid performance as well as the board of directors' confidence in the company's future prospects," said hilmi.
