Hylo Open 2025: 3 Indonesian Representatives Step Into The Round Of 16
JAKARTA - Indonesia managed to send three of its representatives to compete in the round of 16 of the Hylo Open 2025.
The men's doubles sector passed the first day of the match which took place on Tuesday, October 28, 2025. The representatives who will continue the struggle for the round of 16 are Leo Rolly Carnando/Bagas Maulana, Sabar Karyaman/Mohammad Reza Pahlevi, and Muhammad Rian Ardianto/Rahmat Hidayat.
Indonesia's success in sending representatives was opened by the success of Leo/Bagas who defeated Malaysian representatives, Ong Yew Sin/Teo Ee Yi.
In a match that lasted for 34 minutes, Leo/Bagas were able to win with a score of 21-16 and 21-17. They showed extraordinary persistence in this match, especially in the second game because they were 2-7 behind.

In the round of 16, Leo/Bagas will again face the Malaysian doubles who will be the third seed in the tournament, Man Wei Chong/Kai Wun Tee.
Following Leo/Good, Sabar/Reza also qualified for the round of 16. This time the ticket was secured by Sabar/Reza after defeating the French representative, Elio Adam/Leo Rossi in the first round with a score of 22-20 and 21-13.
Next is Rian/Rahmat who followed Leo/Bagas and Sabar/Reza to the last 16. Rian/Rahmat advanced after winning over the Danish doubles, Rasmus Espersen/Andreas Sondergaard, in a three-game duel with a score of 17-21, 21-14, and 21-14.
In the round of 16, Rian/Rahmat will face the eighth seed doubles, Lee Jhe Huei/Yang Po Hsuan.
