Kajati Kaltara Ultimatum Kajari Pasif Handling Corruption: I Will Evaluate

TANJUNG SELOR Head of the North Kalimantan High Prosecutor's Office (Kajati Kaltara) Yudi Indra Gunawan issued a strong ultimatum for the heads of state prosecutors (Kajari) who were passive in handling corruption cases.

In his directive at the inauguration of echelon III officials at the Kaltara Attorney General's Office, Kajati emphasized that eradicating corruption was the main benchmark for the performance of the regional prosecutor's office.

Kajati's firm instruction is a strong signal for all levels of the Prosecutor's Office and the Prosecutor's Office in Kaltara, handling corruption is now the main focus of internal supervision.

"I will evaluate the Kajari which is minimal, and does not even have products for handling corruption cases. Show real performance, not administrative reports," said Yudi, who had just served on this island.

Kajati said that courage in enforcing the law is the hallmark of a true prosecutor.

"The Prosecutor's Office must be present as at the forefront of eradicating corruption. The law is not enforced enough, but it must also be felt justice," said Kajati.

He also asked the Kajari to immediately optimize investigations and investigations of corruption cases in their respective regions, as well as maintain synergy with other law enforcement agencies.

"Hance and integrity are the faces of the prosecutor's office. There is no room for officials who work half-heartedly in eradicating corruption," he said.
