Evidence Of Transfer Spread On Social Media, NTB Dikbud Project Fee Case Rp92 M Investigated By Police

JAKARTA - The West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police were revealed to have conducted an investigation regarding the alleged receipt of fees (wage) for the physical SMA project at the NTB Education and Culture Office (Dikbud), which amounted to Rp92 billion.

"This case is currently being investigated (investigation) for criminal (special crimes)," said Director of Special Criminal Investigation of the NTB Police, Kombes Pol. Fx. Endriadi via short message from the WhatsApp application, Tuesday, was confiscated by Antara.

During this investigation stage, the police carried out a series of strengthening evidence by examining a number of witnesses and related documents.

Endriadi confirmed that one of the witnesses had undergone an examination with the initials KI, the Head of the SMK Development Division at the NTB Education and Culture Office.

"The former Head of the NTB Education and Culture Vocational School, the initials KI, has been investigated by investigators," he said.

It was also revealed that KI in this position also took care of the realization of the physical project originating from the receipt of the special allocation fund (DAK) for 2022-2023.

The handling of this case was the first time that it entered the NTB Police Ditreskrimsus in mid-2022. At that time, the police were only recorded to have started investigating by collecting data and information.

On October 10, 2022, Lalu Muhammad Hidlir in the position of Head of the SMA Division of the NTB Education and Culture Office underwent an examination with three other ASNs at the NTB Police Ditreskrimsus Building.

Hidlir at that time confirmed that he was present before the police to provide clarification regarding the alleged receipt of project fees sourced from the DAK.

To the police, he explained related to the main duties and functions of (tupoksi) positions as well as the mechanisms in project realization in the office. There was also a discussion about the Decree and the appointment of a decision letter

Hidlir also emphasized that his party did not receive project fees such as news spread in the form of proof of the transfer.

He also denied this by stating that the status of the physical project had not yet entered the work stage.

The NTB Police Ditreskrimsus team handled the alleged case of receiving project fees at the Dikbud service, starting with evidence of transfers circulating on social media.

The transfer evidence shows two names. For the initials SQ with a transfer value of Rp. 10 million and RB, with a value of Rp. 75 million.

There is also evidence of other transfers circulating for the initials RK. Although no nominal was shown, the proof of the transfer led to one of the high school officials in Mataram City.

The projects derived from DAK include the construction of chemical laboratory rooms and the completeness of practical equipment with a value of Rp. 386 million, a physical laboratory space of Rp. 372 million, the construction of a biological laboratory of Rp. 372 million, and the construction of a library space of Rp. 236 million.

In addition, there is the construction of a computer laboratory room of Rp. 221 million, construction of a teacher room of Rp. 444 million, construction of a administrative room of Rp. 226 million, construction of a school principal room of Rp. 216 million, UKS room of Rp. 290 million, counseling room Rp. 229 million, and construction of an OSIS room of Rp. 229 million.

Regarding the physical project sourced from the DAK, Hidlir at that time said that his party could only disburse about 25 percent of the total budget of Rp92 billion. The plan is that the budget will be used in development at 57 SMA Se-NTB.
