Remembering Avengers: Endgame A Year Ago With Russo Brothers
JAKARTA - One year ago on April 26, 2019, Marvel Studio removed the cover of the third phase of the Avengers story titled Avengers: Endgame. This film broke the record for being the biggest-grossing film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) and of all time to date.
Worldwide revenues are up to 2.8 billion US dollars (US), a figure that is difficult to counter by mainstream films like this. Quoted from Indiewire, Tuesday, April 28, films like Us and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, which invite many of the top stars, are also unable to fight the strength of Avengers: Endgame. Or if you look at films that are widely talked about (word of mouth) such as Parasite and Little Women, in fact, the amount of talk is also not a determinant for a film that can last as long as Avengers: Endgame.
Counting the number of viewers, approximately 30 to 35 million in the first week of Avengers: Endgame in North America, while worldwide it could reach 100 million viewers. A year running, nothing has been able to arouse the enthusiasm of the audience so much with the acquisition of this audience.
Celebrating one year of Avengers: Endgame, the Russo Brothers, namely Anthony and Joe as directors, revealed some unique facts uploaded at this celebration through his Twitter account. They also included some photos and tagged the players while watching Avengers: Endgame virtually on April 27 US time.
In the Hawkeye family scene, Hawkeye is seen playing with his daughter. It turned out that it was Joe's biological son named Ava who was chosen to act out the brief scene. Another fact is that the son of Hawkeye, Jeremy Renner, is also named Ava.
This is Joe's daughter, Ava, playing Lila Barton. AND @ JeremyRenner's actual daughter's name is Ava, so spot on casting there… #AvengersAssemble pic.twitter.com/OqcxYFW6wa

In addition, the Russo Brothers also uploaded Brie Larson's first video on his first day as Captain Marvel. Larson greeted the entire cast and crew for his appreciation of choosing him as part of the Avengers. The scene of Romanoff, Hulk, Thor gathering in a cafe is also filled with cameos from the Russo family such as Joe and Anthony's children and nephews who are behind the main players.
We've got some more Russo family cameo's here. That's Joe's daughter, Lia, Anth's son, Julian, and our nephew, Augie. Lia loved the memes of her dabbing when this first came out… well, maybe love is a strong word… #AvengersAssemble pic.twitter.com/ggT5LBVE0M

Russo Brothers also recounts the performance of the crew who worked on the production design for Avengers: Endgame. One of them was for the Hawkeye scene in Tokyo where they changed the streets of Downtown ATL to Tokyo for a moment for this scene. Likewise with changing Asgard's design, the production team had to wait for the choir practice at the cathedral to finish so they could transform the entire cathedral.
Here we are getting ready to shoot an Asgard scene at the stately cathedral in Durham. We had to wait for the choir rehearsal to finish ... #AvengersAssemble pic.twitter.com/klCBJuJAMj

We are waiting for the day when we can return to the cinema, share this experience once again… #AvengersAssemble ”They also inserted the video they recorded when they secretly entered a cinema at UCLA and cried because of the audience's reaction.
