Livin' By Mandiri Transactions Reach IDR 3,220 Trillion Until September 2025
JAKARTA - PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk noted that the transaction value of the Livin' by Mandiri super app had reached IDR 3,220 trillion by the end of September 2025 or an increase of 10 percent year on year (yoy) compared to the same period the previous year.
Livin' by Mandiri has been used by 35.1 million users, growing 27 percent yoy, with transaction frequency increasing by 25 percent on an annual basis. According to the company, now more than 91 percent of new account openings at Bank Mandiri have been carried out through Livin' by Mandiri.
"All Bank Mandiri digital products and services are able to grow consistently. The growth of Bank Mandiri's digital services does not only occur in certain customer segments," said Bank Mandiri Finance & Strategy Director Novita Widya Anggraini in a 2025 Quarter Performance Exposure in Jakarta, quoted by Antara, Tuesday, October 28.
Not only Livin' for individual users, but Bank Mandiri is also developing Livin' Merchant as a digital solution that strengthens the competitiveness of business actors. This application has been used by around 3 million business actors, growing 35 percent yoy.
This platform not only expands MSME access to digital payments, but also helps business actors manage transactions in real-time and improve operational efficiency.
"Through the integration of payment systems and efficient recording of transactions, we hope that this digitization can be a catalyst for sustainable MSME growth," said Novita.
Meanwhile, for the business or wholesale segment, the transaction value of Kopra by Mandiri reached IDR 19.498 trillion, an increase of 20 percent yoy. The transaction volume reached 1.1 billion in the last nine months, growing 14 percent yoy.
In addition, through the use of the digital ecosystem, the company revealed that the total gross balance also continued to record an increase and managed to reach Rp564.5 trillion.
Novita said, the better Bank Mandiri's digital capabilities, of course, will have a positive impact on the company's ability to increase the low-cost fund base (CASA).
For the record, Bank Mandiri's third party funds (DPK) grew 13 percent yoy to Rp1,884 trillion until the end of the third quarter of 2025. CASA's composition remains dominant at 69.3 percent.
"In addition, we also see an increasing contribution from fee-based income, which mainly comes from digital transactions," said Novita.
Currently, Bank Mandiri's main strategy is to optimize commission-based income. Novita revealed that the fee of digital transactions grew strongly, reaching 13.3 percent yoy.
Bank Mandiri is also optimistic that fee-based income growth will continue along with the expansion of new user acquisitions.
With digital foundations getting stronger and continuous innovation, Novita said that the potential for additional non-interest sources of income in the future is believed to be bigger and strengthen Bank Mandiri's position as the main choice in digital services.
"So our focus on IT spending will certainly focus on increasing digital capabilities to support the acquisition of our fee-based income," said Novita.

As for the end of the third quarter, Bank Mandiri has realized 70 percent of IT's total budget and capital for this year.
Infrastructure is directed to strengthen digital infrastructure which is the main foundation in customer service and also business process efficiency.
"The main focus of using this capital certainly includes the development of digital platforms, then technological capabilities, as well as strengthening for the security system of IT itself," said Novita.
