Prada Lucky's Death Trial, Defendant Lettu Ahmad Faisal Charged With Layered Articles

JAKARTA - The Kupang III-15 Military Court held its first trial of the death of Second Private (Prada) Lucky Chepril Saputra Namo in Kupang, NTT, Monday 27 October.

Public Relations of the Military Court III-15 Kupang, Captain Chk Damai Chrisdianto, said the ongoing trial presented the defendant Lettu Ahmad Faisal.

"Today's trial is on the agenda of listening to witness statements and listening to the defendant's statements," he told reporters when met in the courtyard of the Kupang Military Court building, Monday, October 27.

At this first trial, the Kupang Military Court heard the first of the three cases to be tried in the case.

In the trial, the first article alleged against the defendant Lettu Ahmad Faisal was a layered article, namely Primary Article 31 Paragraph 1 Junto paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code and Subsidiary Article 131 Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.

The second is the Primary Article 132 of the Criminal Code Junto Article 131 paragraph 1 junto paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code and Subsidiary Article 132 of the Criminal Code Junto Article 131 paragraph 1 Junto paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code.

Then there are more Subsidiaries of Article 132 of the Criminal Code, Junto Article 131 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.

"With the threat of imprisonment of nine years," he said.

The trial, which was held openly to the public, did not only present witnesses from the TNI AD, but also presented witnesses from Prada Lucky's family, namely his parents.

According to Antara's observation, the trial was chaired by Chief Judge Major Chk Subiyatno and accompanied by Captain Chk Member Judge Dennis Carol Napitupulu Captain Chk Zainal Arifin Anang Yulianto was also attended by a number of extended families from the late Prada Lucky.

They wore white t-shirts, with the words Justice For Prada Lucky and behind a shirt with a face on Prada Lucky.
