Despite Fatigue, Persib In High Motivation Continues Victory Against Persis

JAKARTA - Per week 10 of the 2025/2026 Super League will be passed by Persib Bandung in an exhausted condition after appearing in the AFC Champions League Two (Asian Champions League 2 League). However, high motivation is still applied to continue the winning trend against Persis Solo.

Persib is scheduled to host Persis Solo at the Bandung Lautan Api Stadium (GBLA) on Monday, October 27, 2025, at 19.00 WIB.

Ahead of the match, Marc Klok as team captain emphasized that Maung Bandung's troops were fully determined to continue the positive trend.

"Obviously we want to continue the positive trend and we need three points at home. We need points in the standings so we can go up again," Marc Klok said before the match was quoted from the I-League page.

Klok said that Persib needed a victory over Persis Solo to improve his position in the standings. Currently, the team nicknamed the Blue Prince ranks sixth with a score of 13 points from seven matches.

Klok also admitted that his team had to face fitness challenges due to the tight schedule of matches. Moreover, three days earlier, Persib had just finished the AFC Champions League Two match against Selangor FC.

"Indeed, the schedule is tight, but we are still focused on giving our best in the match against Persis," said Klok.

He hopes that Bobotoh's full support will be an additional motivation for Persib to return to achieving maximum results at home.

Meanwhile, Persib striker, Uiam Barros, is determined to bring back victory and contribute more to Maung Bandung in the match later.

He revealed that the solidity of the team that was being maintained made the Brazilian striker very optimistic about the match against Persis later.

"Now, we want to maintain the same level of performance and focus while playing at home, in front of Bobotoh. It is important to show the same mentality in order to achieve good results," said Barros.
