The Classroom Of North Tugu Elementary School Was Burglarized, The Perpetrator Was Successfully Arrested

JAKARTA - A young man with the initials SEA (23) was arrested by members of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Koja Police after stealing a projector belonging to the State Elementary School (SDN) SDN Tugu Utara 09 Pagi, North Jakarta.

"The perpetrator stole the school inventory," said Koja Police Chief Kompol Muhammad Andry when confirmed, Sunday, October 26, 2025.

The perpetrator is still under investigation by the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Koja Police. The police also confiscated a number of evidence from the perpetrator's crime.

"One projector unit, one computer cooler unit, screwdriver, bag and tissue were secured as evidence," he said.

The theft was discovered when school security officers were conducting security patrols. Accidentally, security officers managed to catch the perpetrator's action carrying a backpack.

Then, the security officer woke his friend to catch the perpetrator.

Finally, two witnesses were assisted by residents to secure the perpetrators who committed the theft.

After checking the luggage carried by the perpetrators, it turned out that there were a number of school inventory items taken from one class.

The perpetrators were then beaten by the masses. Luckily, they were arrested by members of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Koja Police.

The perpetrator and the evidence were then taken to the Koja Police Headquarters for further processing.
