Warkop Employees In Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta, Died Of Electric Shock
JAKARTA - A man named Rizki, an employee of a Medan coffee shop (warkop) on Jalan Berdikari, North Sukabumi Village, Kebon Jeruk District, West Jakarta, was electrocuted on Saturday.
Residents at the location, Rama, said the incident occurred at around 05.00 WIB in the morning.
"He said the incident this morning, I came already crowded, the victim was already lying down, his position was on the stairs," Rama said at the scene, Saturday.
Rama said the victim was originally about to leave the employee mess to smoke.

"The information I got, he said he wanted to smoke, got off the stairs, so he said when he got off the stairs, he was electrocuted," said Rama.
Meanwhile, Rizal, another employee at Warkop Medan, admitted that he did not know exactly what happened. However, he confirmed that the victim was an employee of Warkop Medan named Rizki.
"If we inform you that he is already in the hospital, at the RSCM. For the complete chronology, we don't know, because we shift, I happen to go into the afternoon," said Rizal.
Currently, he said, the warkop is still taking care of the bodies that are currently in the hospital.
"CCTV (supervision cameras) cannot be accessed yet, so we also don't know (what the chronology is)," explained Rizal.
Meanwhile, the location of the incident is currently installed with a police line. The mess ladder where the victim was lying was right next to Warkop Medan. Access to the employee mess ladder is quite narrow and many cables are stretched.
