Malaysia 2025 MotoGP Sprint Race Results: Bagnaia Up Highest Podium
JAKARTA Francesco Bagnaia managed to climb to the top of the highest podium in the 2025 Malaysian MotoGP MotoGP race session beating Alex Marquez.
The rider who defended the Ducati Lenovo Team finished the sprint race with a time of 19 minutes 53.725 seconds at the Sepang International Circuit on Saturday, October 25, 2025 noon WIB.
The two-time world champion started the race from the leading position and performed solidly to win. He is far ahead of Alex Marquez (Gresini Racing) who trailed in second place.
The two names were followed by Fermin Aldeguer Alex's team-mates in third place. Fermin before performing well in the first free practice session (FP1) and leaving as the fastest.
Then in fourth and fifth place in a row, it was occupied by Pedro Acosta (Red Bull KTM Factory Racing) and Franco Morbidelli (Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team).

Pedro Acosta had filled the third position at the start of the race. However, when the MotoGP Malaysia 2025 sprint race left 3 laps, Fermin Aldeguer managed to overtake it from the inside.
Next in the sixth and seventh positions belonged to Fabio Quartararo and Marco Bezzecchi. The other three riders who completed the top ten were Johann Zarco, Enea Bastianini, and Fabio Di Giannantonio.
Meanwhile, Joan Mir experienced a lowside at Turn 9 laps fifth so he got out of the race. His bad luck was followed by his team-mate Luca Marini on the seventh lap.
Miguel Oliveira also suffered an accident on the sixth lap on Turn 1. This problem prevented the three names from being classified as sprint race positions.
