JAKARTA - Even though President Jokowi has made a ban on state officials not to hold open houses, in fact there are still a number of officials who have gathered this Lebaran 2021.

This can be seen in the upload of a photo on the Facebook account which allegedly belonged to the Head of the Attorney General's Office of Education and Training, Tony Spontana, on the first day of Eid, Wednesday, May 13, 2021.

"Please guess the face of the Eid 2021 edition of the selfie ...!" Thus the caption of a number of uploaded photos on the Facebook account which allegedly belonged to Tony, named Tony Soesanto. The photo is set in the courtyard of the Attorney General's Office on Jl Denpasar Raya, Jakarta.

Apart from Tony, the photo shows Jampidsus Ali Mukartono, Jambin Bambang Sugeng Rukmono, Jampidum Fadil Zumhana, and several women wearing hijab. Everyone is wearing masks.

However, after being uploaded for a long time, the photo was finally deleted. Tony, the account owner, did not want to respond to the deleted photo of his upload. He responded to several journalists, but still refused to be quoted.

Meanwhile, the Head of the AGO's Legal Information Center, Leonard Eben Ezer Simanjuntak, denied that Attorney General ST Burhanuddin was holding an open house at home.

"Mr. Attorney General does not have an open house," said Leonard Eben when he was confirmed, Jakarta, Wednesday, May 19.

Leonard then sent a photo that said 'Sorry, there is no open house. Not Receiving Guests. Thank you'.

For information, President Jokowi issued a ban on state officials not to make open houses in Lebaran 2021. The aim is to reduce the number of COVID-19 transmission.

In line with this government policy, the Attorney General has also issued a Circular Letter of the Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4 of 2021 and Circular Number 5 of 2021 which regulates restrictions on activities for traveling outside the region, going home and / or on employee leave as well as limiting activities at the Republic of Indonesia Attorney General's Office for The month of Ramadan and the Idul Fitri 1442 H holiday which regulates the prohibition of holding breaking fast together and holding open house activities.

"This policy is an effort to support government programs to suppress the transmission and spread of Covid-19 and to keep the trend of decreasing active cases in Indonesia in the last two months. Therefore, we must maintain this excellent momentum and be disciplined to comply with these provisions, "said the Attorney General.

The Attorney General reminded all ranks to be disciplined in complying with these provisions. Because, the Attorney General's Office is a state apparatus and legal apparatus, so it should be used as an example for the public in efforts to control and overcome the Covid-19 pandemic.
