Previously reported, the KPK again arrested former Supreme Court Secretary Nurhadi. Even though he had just been released from the Sukamiskin Class I Prison, Bandung, West Java after serving a sentence related to bribery and gratification cases.

Nurhadi was sentenced to six years in prison in connection with bribery and gratification cases and was sentenced to a fine of Rp. 500 million, subsidiary to three months in prison.

Even so, Nurhadi was not sentenced to pay compensation of Rp. 83 billion in the Supreme Court decision number: 4147 K/Pid.Sus/2021 dated December 24, 2021. This is because the demands of the KPK prosecutors were not granted by the panel of judges.
