Kia Releases Image Of Telluride 2027 Teaser SUV That Will Debut On The Los Angeles Auto Show

JAKARTA - Kia officially revealed the first teaser image for the 2027 Telluride Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) which is all over before its global debut at the upcoming Los Angeles Auto Show.

"On November 20, Kia America will open the lid of one of the most anticipated new vehicles this year and launch the second generation of one of the most successful brand vehicles in the company's history," Kia wrote, quoted from its official website, Thursday, October 23.

The model carries the distinctive design of this South Korean brand, Kia's Opposites United, which embraces the contrast between nature and humanity. The teaser image hints at a perpendicular quadrilateral silhouette framed by a thin vertical LED that is red and yellow.

Inspired by the city of Colorado, named after him, the aggressively defined triangular folds on the sepatibor resemble the diamond side that is pleasing and captures the essence of the towering Rocky Mountains. The wide head with a clean straight line forms a strong stance.

At the back, the belt line rises smoothly to cut the D-pillar. Black insertions at the top of the pillar make the roof lines flat appear to float over the windows.

In addition, the vast surface of the ferry gives the vehicle a planted and authoritative presence while the liquid body contour provides an elegant shape on the side profile.

There are no detailed specifications regarding the heart of the runway, but it is hoped that it will come with two new machines, namely the 3.5 liter V6 which produces 287 hp and 352 Nm torque.

In addition, it is also expected to be present in the choice of a hybrid carrying a four-cylinder 2.5 liter turbocharged engine, a 1.65 kWh battery pack, and two electric motors that are integrated into six-speed automatic transmission. The machine will produce a combined output of 329 hp and 459 Nm torque.

The full details of the new Kia Telluride 2027 will be announced during Kia's press conference at the Los Angeles Auto Show, which is scheduled for November.
