The Ministry Of Energy And Mineral Resources Calls Only 800 Companies That Apply For RKAB 2026
JAKARTA - The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) revealed that so far only 800 mineral and coal companies have proposed a 2026 Work Plan and Budget (RKAB). Just so you know, now entrepreneurs can directly apply for RKAB through the MinerbaOne application.
Director General of Mineral and Coal (Minerba) Tri Winarno revealed that the process that had been carried out by the 800 companies included the registration of business entities, administrative processes, licensing records and re-submitting feasibility studies.
"Those who carry out the process for recording registration so that the re-input of feasibility studies so far has not been so much. Less than a thousand. Yes, about 800," Tri said in his remarks at the Socialization of RKAB Regulations and the Procedures for Submission of RKAB on the MinerbaOne Application, Wednesday, October 22.
Tri said that all mineral and coal companies are required to apply for RKAB a year from the previous submissions per 3 years. For this reason, he emphasized that all companies that have pocketed the 2026 RKAB are required to re-submit through MinerbaOne.
"Even though all of you have received approval for the 2026 RKAP, you still have to apply again for RKAP approval in 2026," Tri continued.

He also ensured that the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources had simplified the submission process from previously requiring 30 matrices, which was now cut to 10 matrices.
He hopes that this simplification can accelerate the process of drafting and submitting RKAB in the coming years. The RKAB application is made through the MinerbaOne application.
"This is our effort to realize more transparent, accountable and integrated governance so that it is hoped that all administrations and obligations can be faster," said Tri.
