Case Of Ethical Violation Of Brigadier Rizka, The Killer Of Her Husband Is Still In File
MATARAM - The West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police have arrested the case of an ethical violation of Brigadier Rizka Sintiani regarding the alleged murder of her husband, Brigadier Esco Faska Rely, which is still ongoing at the filing stage.
"It is still being completed and is still in the Propam examination stage (professional and security fields)," said Head of Public Relations of the NTB Police, Kombes Mohammad Kholid, as reported by ANTARA, Tuesday, October 21.
He explained that the handling related to ethical violations is the same as criminal cases, there is a series of examinations and evidence for the needs of the ethics trial.
"Later, when it is complete, the results of the ethics trial will be submitted," he said.
Regarding the alleged violation that led to Article 17 paragraph (3) of the National Police Regulation Number 7 of 2022 concerning the Professional Code of Ethics and the Police Code of Ethics Commission, Kholid chose not to respond before there was a final result in the Propam sector.
"Later, the results of the examination when it is finished, we will convey it," he said.
Brigadier Rizka in the alleged murder case of Brigadier Esco has been a suspect along with four other people, both his parents and younger siblings with the initials SA, PA, DR, and NU.

The suspects are subject to Article 340 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) 1 of the Criminal Code or Article 56 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code or Article 221 of the Criminal Code regarding the act of obstructing investigations.
Now the four suspects together with Brigadier Rizka have been detained by investigators. Accompaniment of the file is a further stage of the investigation.
The police got the role of these four new suspects starting from the results of the reconstruction of the case at the deceased's house on Monday (29/9). Two men appeared wearing necklaces with Mr. X's identity.
At that time, the suspect Brigadier Rizka refused to continue the scene when Brigadier Esco's body moved from the back of the house to the garden behind the house where residents were found.
The body of Brigadier Esco was found dead in a state of his neck entangled with a rope tied to a small tree. The incident took place in Jembatan Jembatan Jembakan Village, Lembar District, West Lombok Regency.
