BYD Atto 1 Competitors Launched At A Price Of IDR 136 Million, Distance Traveled 430 Km
JAKARTA Dongfeng officially launched its newest compact electric car, the 2026 version of Nammi 01 EV, for the Chinese market. This car comes at a more affordable price than its predecessor, starting from 59,800 yuan or around Rp139.5 million.
In dimensions, Dongfeng Nammi 01 EV has a length of 4,020 mm, a width of 1,810 mm, and a height of 1,570 mm with a wheelbase of 2,663 mm. This electric car retains a futuristic design typical of modern urban cars, with LED headlights connecting in the middle, hidden door handles, and 17-inch dual-tone wheels for the highest variant.
The interior carries a minimalist style but remains modern, provided with a 5-inch digital instrument panel and a 12.8-inch high-resolution touch screen of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels. The infotainment system is supported by artificial intelligence (AI) technology with voice control, dual-zone voice wake-up features, and a special mode pet mode'' to maintain the comfort of pets while the car is parked.
The top variant is also equipped with a leather seat, 50 watt wireless charging, ventilation and front seat heating, as well as a six-way electric driver seat with memory function. For performance matters, Nammi 01 EV is equipped with a permanent magnetic synchronous electric motor installed at the front.
The resulting power reaches 70 kW or the equivalent of 94 hp with a torque of 160 Nm. This car is offered in two battery capacity options, namely 31.45 kWh with a distance of up to 330 km and 42.3 kWh with a maximum distance of 430 km based on CLTC standards.

Dongfeng also provides Nammi 01 EV with modern features such as Vehicle to Load (V2L) which allows car electric power to be used for external devices. In addition, there are 540 degrees panoramic cameras as well as advanced safety features such as Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Lane Keeping Assist (LKA), Integrated Cruise Assist (ICA), and Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB).
Interestingly, for the promotion period, the manufacturer lowered the price to 58,800 yuan or around Rp. 136.7 million, making it cheaper by around Rp. 33 million from the previous model. As reported by Carnewschina, Monday, October 20.
With a combination of affordable prices, complete features, and competitive range, Dongfeng Nammi 01 EV 2026 is ready to challenge popular models in small electric car segments such as BYD Seagull, or known as Atto 1 in Indonesia, and Geely Geome Xingyuan.
