Australian MotoGP Results 2025, Raul Fernandez Perdana Wins Podium Followed By Diggia

JAKARTA - The 2025 Australian MotoGP gave birth to a new champion after Marc Marquez was absent due to injury. Trackhouse racer Raul Fernandez first grabbed the podium followed by Fabio at Giannantonio.

In the race at the Phillip Island Circuit, Sunday, October 19, WIB, Bezzecchi led the race. Starting from second place, the Aprilia racer successfully took the lead over Fernandez and Pedrodeca in the first lap.

Fabio Quartararo, who won pole, actually fell to fourth, in front of Jack Miller. But then Miller had bad luck.

The host racer who strengthened Pramac fell on the fifth lap while competing in fifth position. Mille then failed to continue the race.

Still on the same lap, Bezzecki did his first long lap penalty on lap five and dropped to third.

Raul Fernandez then took the lead over Pedrodecta in front. Bezzecchi was hit by a double long lap penalty in connection with the incident of hitting Marc Marquez at the 2025 Mandalika MotoGP.

On the seventh lap, Bezzecchi then underwent a second long lap penalty. The Aprilian racer then dropped to sixth behind Fabio at Giannantonio.

Since leading the race on the fifth lap, Fernandez has not been overtaken. Entering lap 10, Fernandez, who uses a RS-GP25 Aprilia motorcycle, was 1.5 seconds ahead of Pedro Alcohol.

It was Askosta who failed to maintain his position. The KTM racer was overtaken by Alex Marquez on lap 17 after making a mistake between twists three and four.

As there were 10 laps remaining from 27 laps of the race, Fernandez was able to take a 2.7 second lead over Alex Marquez. After that on the 19th lap, Asko lost his podium position after being overtaken by Di Giannantonio.

Tight competition between Alex Marquez and Bezzecki. In the last two laps, Bez managed to overtake Alex to take second place.

Fernandez finally won the 2025 Australian MotoGP by defeating Di Giannantonio and Bezzecchi.
