JAKARTA - Two Sudirman Private Residences officially launched today. The project made by PT Central Sudirman Development, which is a strategic alliance of PT Taspen Properti Indonesia, Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd., from Japan, and PT Benhil Property, is located on Jalan Jenderal Sudirman No. 2, South Jakarta.
Later, the mix use project will consist of housing, hotels and commercial areas.

Director of PT Taspen Properti Indonesia Cecilia Kristywulan Widamaryani said, there are two towers being built. Tower 1 is 330 meters high and tower 2 is 270 meters high.
"Tower 1 is multi-use, which is under commercial area, then for offices, Andaz Hotel, the one at the top is service apartment. Meanwhile, tower 2 is specifically for luxury residences," Cecilia told the media crew after the inauguration of the launch of Two Sudirman Private Residences in Jakarta, Saturday, October 18.
There are 320 units offered and as of Saturday, October 18, 85 units have been sold. The types of units consist of 2-bedrooms, 3-bedrooms to 4-bedrooms, each of which offers a panorama view of the city of Jakarta from its height.
There are also winners and sky lounges. For the residential area, the smallest unit is type 75. Meanwhile, the unit itself consists of two floors, with an area of about 2,300-2,700 square meters.
"At a time when we marketed it, namely the AVArage was at Rp. 60-62 million per meter. And now it seems that it has increased far from that," he said.
Kristy expressed optimism for the collaboration between Mitsubishi Estate Indonesia and Taspen Properti. The project, according to him, reflects the common vision, solid partnership and world-class expertise in presenting the premium housing experience in Jakarta.

The construction of Two Sudirman Private Residences itself has begun in July 2024 and has now reached the 20 percent stage with a complete target by the end of 2028 and the handover is estimated to be in the first quarter of 2029.
Built on an area of 3.3 hectares, the project was designed not just for housing, but as a destination that integrates residence, curated retail, a large green space and the Andaz Jakarta Sudirman hotel.
Meanwhile, Director of PT Mitsubishi Estate Indonesia Daiki Yamazaki introduced various Two Sudirman Private Residences facilities designed to support the balance, connection and welfare of residents.
Starting from wellness and recreation areas to social and private lounges, each facility is designed to meet the residents' lifestyles. Some of the facilities offered include an infinity pool with views of the city, yoga studios and pilates, gyms and Sky Lounge on the 42nd floor to relax and gather.
