Empowering 22.7 Million Women, PNM Achieves Global Microfinance And Female Empowerment Award

JAKARTA - PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) received the Global Microfinance and Female Empowerment Award at the CNBC Indonesia Awards 2025.

This award is a form of appreciation for PNM's contribution in supporting the empowerment of 22.7 million pre-prosperous women through the ultra micro financing program.

"We believe that when women are empowered, families, communities, and the nation will also grow. This award is a motivation for all PNM personnel to continue to expand their empowerment reach, present continuous solutions, and ensure every small step for customers is part of Indonesia's great growth," said PT PNM Corporate Secretary, Lalu Dodot Patria Ary, Friday, October 17.

PNM is known to be engaged in financing programs with a sustainable capital, mentoring and training approach. The program accommodates women who do not have access to adequate financing sources to develop small businesses to achieve better family welfare conditions.

As of September 2025, PNM has recorded that it has served more than 22.7 million pre-sesejahtera women. This figure places PNM as one of the microfinance institutions with the largest service coverage globally.

PNM is optimistic that it will continue to present a sustainable empowerment program so that more and more Indonesian women can be economically independent, prosper their families, and become part of a strong and inclusive populist economic ecosystem towards Indonesia Emas 2045.
