Hyundai Presents This Program, Make Sure The Used Cars Are Still High

JAKARTA - Apart from new cars, not a few buy used cars. However, it often raises doubts ranging from the condition of vehicles, use history, to long-term warranty protection.

This concern is getting bigger when talking about electric cars, where battery and technology performance are the main factors that determine the quality of the vehicle. To ensure that the vehicle is still in a fit condition, of course consumers must carry out a thorough check of the second vehicle they want.

Responding to this, PT Hyundai Motors Indonesia (HMID) presents the Hyundai Solution Mobility (HSM), which comes with a comprehensive care standard that is able to maintain the quality of the vehicle to look prime again, just like a new car.

Hyundai Motors Indonesia Chief Operating Officer Fransiscus Soerjopranoto, said that every used car present at Hyundai Mobility Solution is certain to have the best quality. All units go through a thorough inspection process, repair if damage is found, to the detailed process to appear prime again.

"HSM presents an official Hyundai guarantee that is still in effect in the second hand, so consumers can feel calm like buying a new car," he said, in an official statement received on Thursday, October 16.

Fransiscus further added that this service cannot be separated from the tangible form of our commitment through myHyundaiCare to serve and provide solutions for customers. Starting from the process of buying vehicles, during vehicle ownership, to reselling vehicles later.

"This innovative service will continue to grow according to the input and needs of customers," he added.

Hyundai Promise is here as an official budgeted used car program from Hyundai Global through Hyundai Solusi Mobility (HSM). Launched in July 2025, this initiative became the first Hyundai Certified Pre-Owned program in the ASEAN region, affirming Hyundai's commitment to presenting global quality standards for consumers in Indonesia.

Hyundai Promise at HSM confirmed that myHyundaiCare does not only apply to new cars, but also pre-owned cars, showing Hyundai's non-half commitment to providing peace and trust to all its consumers.

General Manager of Hyundai Mobility Solution Wahyu Seto, revealed that one example of the car model is IONIQ 5. Even though it is pre-owned, the quality of this car is still prime.

"How come, every IONIQ 5 unit at HSM is confirmed to have a 95-100 percent battery State of Health (SoH), so that consumers can feel safe and confident about the performance of their electric vehicle and the guarantee that is still in effect in the second hand. This is clear evidence that buying pre-signed electric cars through HSM continues to provide calm and confidence like buying a new car," he said.
