Denmark Open 2025: Mixed Doubles Only Adnan/Indah

JAKARTA Adnan Maulana/Indah Cahya Sari Jamil is the only representative of Indonesia's mixed doubles left in the Danish Open 2025 Super 50 BWF badminton event.

The pair qualified for the second round of the tournament after stopping Mohit Jaglan/LaKista Jaglan (India) in two straight games 21-14, 21-11 at Jyske Bank Arena on Wednesday, October 15, 2025.

"Indeed, on the opponent's paper it is still below us, but we remain vigilant earlier. This is preparation for a bigger 16 match that is heavier. Focus on adapting field conditions and shuttlecock," said Adnan.

Adnan/Indah in this year's calendar are not yet in a consistent appearance. Of the total 12 tournaments they have participated in, the best achievement achieved was the semifinals at the Hong Kong Open in early September 2025.

Setelah menjadi empat besar di Hong Kong, penampilan mereka kembali menurun. Dua turnamen setelah itu di China Masters dan Korea Open 2025, langsung mereka langsung berdas di babak pertama.

"Obviously we want to go further here, but we will focus one by one. For tomorrow, we will see their match today and then analyzed and prepared the right strategy," said Adnan.

Unfortunately, the good luck of Adnan/Indah at the 2025 Demark Open failed to be followed by Jafar Hidayatullah/Felisha Alberta Nathaniel Pasaribu and Amri Syahnawi Nita Violina Marwah.

Jafar/Felisha immediately lifted the suitcase after losing against first seed Jiang Zhen Bang/Wei Ya Xin (China) with a final score of 16-21 and 7-21.

"We lost badly today, didn't show any good resistance. We were especially in the second game so stressed, they really locked us up," said Felishha.

Amri/Nita were also eliminated in two straight sets 13-21 and 20-22 against the Japanese pair, Hiroki Midorikawa Natsu Saito.
