JAKARTA - PT WIKA Tirta Jaya Jatiluhur or WTJJ recorded a new milestone by obtaining green financing worth IDR 1.29 trillion.
The signing of the Green Funding Agreement was carried out on September 29, 2025.
"This green funding not only strengthens WTJJ's business fundamentals, but also opens strategic opportunities for companies. Such as opening limited dividends, optimizing stock valuations, realizing CDS financial closures and providing opportunities for wider expansion," said WTJ President Director Rendy Ardiansyah in his official statement, quoted Wednesday, October 15.
According to Rendy, this success is an important momentum for WTJJ to be stronger as a role model in the national drinking water sector with a strong commitment to sustainable transformation.
In addition, the achievement of this funding is inseparable from the solid synergy between all organizational lines, full support from stakeholders, including the Ministry of Public Works (PU) as the User Service Party (PJPK) and PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (PII) as guarantor.
"The company's commitment to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles has brought the company to make achievements as number 1 in Asia and to enter the top three globally in the water sector category," he said.
The transformation program run by the company through cash-focused pillars, operational and maintenance excellence (O&M excellence) and business sustainability are also key factors for success.
He added that this green funding is clear evidence of the stakeholders' trust in the company's fundamentals and business prospects.
This funding will be used to replace existing conventional credit facilities and increase the ceiling of facilities sourced from green funds, thereby strengthening the fundamental position of WTJJ business.
This is expected to provide optimal benefits for shareholders, the government and the community.
