3 Australian Caucasian Shooters Delegated To Badung Prosecutor's Office, Immediately Tried

BADUNG - The Badung District Attorney's Office (Kejari), Bali, received the delegation of three foreign national suspects (WNA) from Australia who were suspected of committing premeditated murder by shooting.

The three suspects who were handed over by the Badung Police, namedegory Francesco Jenson, Mevlut Coskun and Paea-I- Middlemore Tupou, who are also Australian foreigners, on Wednesday, October 15.

The three suspects, carried out their actions at the villa on Jalan Pantai MunggungSeseh, Munggu Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency, Bali.

In the shooting there were two victims of Australian foreigners, namely Zivan Radmanovic who died and Sanar Ghanim was injured.

Head of the Intelligence Section of the Badung Kejari, Gde Ancana, said that he had received the delegation of responsibility of the suspect and

evidence of a criminal case of premeditated murder of a deceased victim, Zivan Radmanovic and injured victim, Sanar Ghanim, located in a villa in Munggu Village, Badung Regency.

"With two case files," said Gde Ancana.

The two case files are in the name of the suspectwal Francesco Jenson, Mevlut Coskun and the suspect Paea-I-Middlemore.

The three suspects are suspected of having committed premeditated murder. On June 14, 2025, the victim Zivan Radmanovic, who died, and is also suspected of committing a criminal act of attempted premeditated murder of Sanar Ghanim, who was injured.

In addition, the Head of the Badung District Attorney appointed 8 Public Prosecutors (JPU) for the case, based on the letter of appointment of the Public Prosecutor, print number 2456/N.1.18/Eoh.2/10/2025 and print 2457/N.1.18/Eoh.2/10/2025 dated October 15, 2025.

"The public prosecutor will detain the suspect for the next 20 days at the Class II A Penitentiary in Kerobokan. And for the next time, the public prosecutor will immediately hand over the case file to the Denpasar Class 1A District Court (PN) for trial," he said.
