Heryanto, Killer Of Alfamart Employee Dina Oktaviani, Charged With Layered Articles
The Purwakarta Police have named the deputy head of the Alfamart rest shop area KM 72 Cipularang Toll Road, Heryanto (27), as a suspect in the murder and rape case against Dina Oktaviani (21) who is also an Alfamart employee.
"We have named one suspect, namely Heryanto, a resident of Pasir Oa Village, Wanawali Village, Cibatu District. He was proven to be the main perpetrator in the crime that caused the victim to die," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of Purwakarta Police AKP Uyun Saepul Uyun as reported by ANTARA, Tuesday, October 14.
This case caught the public's attention after the discovery of a half-naked female corpse in the Citarum River, Curug area, Karawang Regency, on Tuesday (7/10).
After an investigation, it turned out that the victim was identified as Dina Oktaviani, an Alfamart employee at the KM 72 Rest Area of the Cipularang Toll Road, Purwakarta.
During the investigation, investigators collected six types of evidence that showed Heryanto's strong involvement.
The evidence includes the results of the crime scene (TKP), letters, electronic documents, witness statements, to direct confessions from the suspect.
"From the evidence we obtained, both physical and digital, it shows Heryanto's strong involvement as the main actor," he said.

From the results of the investigation, it was revealed that before carrying out the action, the perpetrators first evacuated their wives and children to their parents' homes.
When the house was empty, the perpetrator called the victim to his house. There, the perpetrator was suspected of having sexually assaulted before finally killing the victim.
The victim's body was then put in a cardboard box and dumped into the Citarum River via the Red Bridge, Jatiluhur, on Sunday at midnight (5/10).
Apart from Heryanto, the police also arrested two other people, namely Taufik alias Opik (T) and Robi (R), who were suspected of helping the suspect in throwing the victim's body into the Citarum river.
"Both of them are still in the process of being investigated to determine whether there is a criminal element or just as a witness," he said.
Currently, Heryanto is being held at the Purwakarta Police Station and charged with multiple articles related to premeditated murder and sexual violence.
