Ministry Of Energy And Mineral Resources Announces Auction 9 WK Migas At APOGCE 2025
JAKARTA - The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) announced the auction of 9 oil and gas working areas (WK) today, Tuesday, October 14.
Director General of Oil and Gas (Dirjen Migas) Laode Sulaiman said the announcement was made at the Asia Pacific Oil & Gas Conference and Exhibition (APOGCE) event in 2025.
"Earlier we announced it at APUGCE. We announced 9 blocks there," said Laode briefly.

The nine WKs announced include:
1. WK Natuna D Alpha, the executor of the study at the WK, namely KUFPEC with the potential to reach 2,865 MMBO and 46 TCF
2. WK Southwest Andaman, the executor of the study at the WK is Mubadala with BSCF potential
3. WK Jalu, the executor of the study, namely the Etan Fleet with a potential of 2,965 BSCF
4. WK Karunia, the executor of this WK study is Textal Mahato with a potential of 82 MMBO and 132 BSCF
5. WK Muara Tembesi, the executor of the study at this WK is PT Tenang Wijaya Sejahtera with a potential of 56 MMBO and 953 BSCF
6. WK Abar-Anggarsi with a potential of 357 MMBO and 1,804 BSCF
7. WK barong, the executor of this WK study is Inpex with a potential of 2,911 BCF
8. WK Drawa, the executor of this WK study is BP and a consortium with a potential of 360 BSCF
9. WK Bintuni, the executor of this WK study is BP and a consortium with a potential of 2.1 TCF
