X Pengang Flying Vehicles Raup 600 Orders In The Middle East, Total Tembus 7,000 Units
JAKARTA X Peng AeroHT, a subsidiary of XPeng that focuses on flying vehicles, has scored a new milestone after successfully securing 600 orders for its futuristic product, Land Aircraft Carrier, from the Middle East market. This achievement is the largest foreign mass order in the history of the flying car industry to date.
In an international appreciation event held in Dubai on October 12, XPeng AeroHT signed a purchase agreement with a number of major partners in the region, including Ali & Sons Group from the United Arab Emirates, Almana Group from Qatar, AlSayer Group from Kuwait, and the UAE Chinese Business Council.

With this additional contract, the total global order XPeng AeroHT has penetrated 7,000 units, as reported by Carnewschina, Tuesday, October 14. According to the company's official statement, the XPeng AeroHT international production facility located in Guangzhou was completed by the end of September.
The plant will be the main center for mass producing and shipping Land Aircraft Carriers starting in 2026. The company calls this step an important step towards the realization of China's first commercial flying vehicle.

Land Aircraft Carrier itself is designed as a multifunctional vehicle with land and air capabilities. This car carries a three-axis and six-wheel configuration, with a length dimension of 5,500 mm, a width of 2,000 mm, and a height of 2,000 mm.
With a capacity of four passengers, this vehicle can be driven with a class C standard license. Relying on an electric platform with 800 volts of silicon carbide technology, this vehicle is capable of traveling more than 1,000 kilometers in ground mode with a 6-wheel drive system (6times6).
The flight or flying module part of this vehicle is stored in the rear trunk and can be charged when installed. The charging time from 30 percent to 80 percent only takes about 18 minutes, while one full charge and fuel allows five to six flights.
The module is equipped with four propellers such as drones, capable of carrying two passengers, as well as supporting automatic features such as taking off and landing a single button, automatic navigation, to use training in just five minutes.
In addition to the Land Aircraft Carrier, XPeng AeroHT is also developing a long-range hybrid model called A868. The model is claimed to have a flying range of more than 500 kilometers and a maximum speed of 360 km/hour.
The vehicle is scheduled to debut at the Guangzhou Auto Show in November 2025. Landcraft Carrier will be sold for under 2 million yuan, or around IDR 4.9 billion. XPeng AeroHT targets its first shipment to the Middle East market starting in 2027.
