Transjakarta Service Corridor 13 Sudah Sejak Sore, Proyek Galian Biang Keroknya

JAKARTA - Corridor 13 Transjakarta Service (Ciledug "Tendean) experienced a significant delay during peak hours this afternoon. The reason is the excavation project at the Plawad 2 Bridge.

This condition causes travel time, which is usually only 10 minutes, to jump up to 30 minutes on the track from the Petukangan stop to Puri Beta.

"Transjakarta apologizes for the inconvenience experienced by Corridor 13 (Ciledug "Tendean) customers, especially during this afternoon's rush hour," said Head of the Transjakarta Public Relations & CSR Department Ayu Wardhani in a statement, Monday, October 13.

Currently, Transjakarta is conducting a number of treatments to reduce the pile of customer queues at the bus stop.

One of them is that the queue arrangement is enforced at the CSW Bus Stop with an open-close system to the 5th floor to regulate customer flow.

In addition, as many as 10 additional fleets were deployed at the Petukangan axis since 17.30 WIB to break the density on the affected route.

Transjakarta also operates 23 buses on the short CSW 'Puri Beta route from 16.30 to 18.25 WIB to accelerate the movement of customers to and from Puri Beta.

"These steps were taken as Transjakarta's maximum effort to minimize the impact of congestion on roads on bus services," said Ayu.
