Bukopin KB Bank Announces The Resignation Of Director Euihyun Shin

JAKARTA - PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk announced the resignation of a member of the company's board of directors on behalf of Euihyun Shin. The statement was published by the company in an information disclosure submitted to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Tuesday, May 18

"The resignation of Mr. Euihyun Shin as Director of the Company on 11 May 2021," said the report signed by the Corporate Secretary of Bank KB Bukopin Meliawati.

In this material fact, the company ensures that the decisions made will not affect the course of the bank's business and also the position of shareholders.

"There is no impact of this incident on the operational, legal, financial condition and business continuity of the company," he said.

Meliawati also said that the decisions made by Euihyun Shin would be discussed further by shareholders at a meeting at the end of the second quarter of 2021.

"The resignation of the board of directors will be decided at the company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) on June 17, 2021," he said.
