Welcoming Nataru Holidays, Ferry Ship Tickets Via Ferizy Can Be Ordered
JAKARTA - The 2025 Christmas and New Year holidays (Nataru) are getting closer. PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) appealed to all service users to order tickets online via the Ferizy application or the trip.ferizy.com page.
ASDP President Director Heru Widodo said Ferizy tickets could be booked up to D-60 before departure and a maximum of D-1.
"This system makes it easier for prospective passengers to plan trips more carefully without having to queue at the port," Heru said in an official statement, Sunday, October 12.
Heru said that early ticket purchases were not just getting a definite schedule, but also a form of contribution from service users to support the smooth flow of national crossings.
"By buying tickets early through Ferizy, the community helps create orderly and comfortable trips for all, especially on crowded tracks such as Merak Bakauheni and Ketapang Gilimanuk," he said.

Meanwhile, ASDP Corporate Secretary Shelvy Arifin said the expansion of digital services continued to be intensified throughout 2025. The e-ticketing system is now available on more routes and ports, such as Mamuju Kariangau, Garongkong Batulicin, Bungus, Tuapejat, to the latest at the Sessionoli Port in North Maluku.
"ASDP is committed to expanding digitalization in all operating areas so that people from various regions can enjoy the convenience of buying tickets online," explained Shelvy.
Shelvy said that apart from expanding the service area, Ferizy now features a new number of passengers and a wide selection of payment methods for user convenience.
Payments can be made through virtual bank accounts (BRI, Mandiri, BNI, BCA, Permata, BSI, and others), retail outlets such as Indomaret and Alfamart, to digital wallets such as OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and blu by BCA Digital.
"Data noted that the number of Ferizy users jumped 24.7 percent from 2.59 million users in October 2024 to 3.23 million users in August 2025. This figure confirms the high public confidence in the convenience and security of online ferry ticket transactions," he said.
Shelvy also reminds users to fill in valid data when buying tickets. This data serves as an official manifest that forms the basis for travel protection and insurance.
"User research in filling in data is a form of shared responsibility. The correct data guarantees security, comfort, and legal protection for passengers," said Shelvy.
ASDP also reminded the public not to buy tickets through brokers or unofficial parties.
"In addition to risking invalid tickets, the prices offered are usually much more expensive and detrimental to service users," he said.
