PLN's Products And Partners Participate In The World Expo 2025 Exhibition In Osaka, Japan

JAKARTA A number of reservoirs from fostered partners of PT PLN (Persero) the Main Distribution Unit of South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, and West Sulawesi (UID Sulselrabar) appeared at the World Expo 2025 which took place on October 6-13, 2025 in Osaka, Japan.

One of PLN's fostered partners is Rappo Indonesia which also brings the name of MSME products from South Sulawesi to a prestigious event in Sakura Country.

"I didn't expect an innovative product from South Sulawesi to be exhibited at an international event like Osaka Expo. This is a proud work," said diaspora representative from Indonesia who lives in Japan Anshar Abdullah through an official statement received in Makassar, Sunday.

Through the Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) program, PLN UID Sulselrabar shows its commitment to environmental sustainability by supporting the development of Rappo Indonesia products, a social effort engaged in waste management to reduce plastic waste and process it into useful goods.

Known as the initiator of circular economic waste management, Rappo Indonesia utilizes technology and community empowerment to create added value from plastic waste.

"Hopefully Rappo will be more victorious and will continue to contribute to the greener earth in the future," said Anshar.
