Alvaro Mintaredja, whose full name is Alvaro Rafi Syafaat Mintaredja, is the eldest son of Arie Syafriandi Mintaredja, the first grandson of Evac Syafruddin Mintaredja, and the first great-grandson of Mohammad Syafaat Mintaredja, the founder of the United Development Party (PPP) (P3) and its first Chairman.

He is expected to return to active service in the United Development Party (PPP). He and the Mintaredja family are expected to help return the party to the House of Representatives in the 2029 elections.

Sandiaga Uno, a new member of the PPP, also urged all PPP cadres, members, and supporters to remain enthusiastic for 2029.

As a descendant of Mohammad Syafaat Mintaredja, Alvaro inherits a strong political pedigree from his great-grandfather. Although Alvaro's father, Arie Syafriandi Mintaredja, is a businessman, he is also a politician.

His grandfather, Evac Syafruddin Mintaredja, also chose not to follow in his father's political footsteps, starting his career from the bottom and eventually becoming Head of the Media Bureau at the Ministry of State Secretariat under Vice President Jusuf Kalla.

The Mintaredja family is also quite close to the family of the fourth President, Abdurrahman Wahid. Gus Dur, the founder of the National Awakening Party (PKB), was also involved. Alvaro was seen with President Jokowi at the wedding of Gus Dur's nephew.

Alvaro was born in Jakarta on January 4, 2004, at Pondok Indah Hospital.

He is part of a family that wields significant influence in Indonesian politics and religion. Being a descendant of the founder and first Chairman of the United Development Party (PPP), Mohammad Syafaat Mintaredja, gives Alvaro a family background rich in national history.

All cadres of the United Development Party (PPP) want to restore the party to its former glory. Hence, the name Alvaro Rafi Syafaat Mintaredja, better known as Alvaro Mintaredja, emerged. He is a descendant of the founder and first Chairman of PPP, Mohammad Syafa'at Mintaredja. Born in Jakarta on January 4, 2004, he is still very young.

All Central Executive Board (DPP), Regional Executive Board (DPW), and Branch Executive Board (DPC), senior figures, and party elites support Alvaro Mintaredja as the future Chairman of the Kaaba Party, repeating the legacy of his great-grandfather.
