Assisted To Return To The Village, ABK Who Claimed To Be Persecuted By Tekong Kapal Entered The PPKS Category By The DKI Social Service Office
North Jakarta Social Sub-dept., Rizqon confirmed the repatriation process for R (42), a crew member (ABK) who claimed to be mistreated and thrown into the sea, waters of Panggang Island, Thousand Islands, to his hometown in Palembang.
Rizqon explained that R had provided assistance regarding the repatriation procedure.
"P3S officers from the Penjaringan Command Post have conducted an assessment and provided an explanation to the person concerned regarding the applicable repatriation procedure, located in the courtyard of the Penjaringan District Office on (Wednesday 8 October 2025) at 18.00 WIB," Rizqon said when confirmed by VOI, Friday, October 10, 2025.
Furthermore, the P3S Task Force of Penjaringan Subdistrict coordinated with the P3S Rapid Response Team (TRC) of the North Jakarta Social Service Sub-dept. to pick up and referral R.
According to Rizqon, although R claimed to be a victim of persecution, the Social Service Office dismissed him as a category for the need for social welfare services (PPKS).

"This person is included in the PPKS category (commercess of social welfare services) with the classification of the Abandoned Person (OT)," he said.
R was escorted to the DKI Jakarta Provincial Social Service Office, Gunung Sahari Street, on (Wednesday 8 October) at 22.00 WIB
As evidence of the implementation of activities, documentation in the form of handover photos with the DKI Jakarta Provincial Social Service TRC is also attached.
"The person concerned was then sent home through the service repatriation process (using a Social Service KDO car)," he said.
