This Is The Leaked Price Of Ioniq 9 Which Is Reportedly Launching In Indonesia
JAKARTA PT Hyundai Motors Indonesia (HMID) is reportedly preparing to launch Hyundai Ioniq 9 in the country. This information was revealed from the Motor Vehicle Selling Value (NJKB) data, where a variant named IONIQ 9 EV CAL 4X4AT was recorded with an NJKB value of Rp699 million.
Although it has not been officially announced, the signal for the presence of this luxury electric SUV is getting stronger. PT Hyundai Motors Indonesia Chief Operating Officer, Fransiscus Soerjopranoto, revealed that the selling price will be adjusted to the market segment and competition dynamics.
"We'll see in terms of segments, what the competition looks like. So it doesn't necessarily come from the factory," he said when met in the Jakarta area, Thursday, October 9.
Frans added that the official price will be communicated at the launch. However, he ensured that Hyundai would still present competitive prices for the premium segment.
"From the NJKB data, my friends can actually expect it. But this price is what consumers are waiting for the most, so we just say it at the launch," he added with a smile.
When asked about the possibility of a price in the range of IDR 700,800 million, Frans did not give a definite answer, only briefly replied, "Amen."
