Ferrari Reveals Its First Electric Car Heart Ready To Soar With A Unique Voice

JAKARTA After a long wait for automotive lovers, Ferrari has officially revealed one of the historic milestones in its long journey in the automotive world. At the 2025 Capital Markets Day, the manufacturer from Maranello introduced the first chassis and production component of its first full electric car, Ferrari Elettrica.

This model is not just a step towards electrification, but a representation of the evolution of Ferrari's DNA which combines the tradition of Italy's precision technique with future innovation without compromise on the performance and pleasure of driving typical of the Jingkrak Horse.

Quoted from the Ferrari page, Friday, October 10, it was stated that Elettrica was the culmination of a long research journey into electrification which began in 2009 through Formula 1 hybrid technology. After the presence of 599 HY-KERS, LaFerrari, SF90 Stradale, up to 296 GTB, Ferrari now feels ready to move into the pure electric realm. The model is claimed to have more than 60 new technology patents, including the use of recycled aluminum materials of up to 75 percent which contributes to reducing carbon emissions by 6.7 tons for each unit produced.

In terms of design, Elettrica offers a truly new architecture. Fully integrated batteries on the floor of the car, lowering the gravitational point by up to 80 mm compared to conventional engine models. With an ideal weight distribution of 4753 percent and the driver's sitting position approaching the front axis, the car promises a perfect balance between Gran Turismo Ferrari's thinness, stability, and distinctive comfort. Interestingly, for the first time in Ferrari's history, elastic subframes are used on the back to reduce vibration and cabin noise without compromising chassis stiffness.

The interior design will be revealed in early 2026, before Ferrari Elettrica's full world debut will be held in the spring of next year. With this move, Ferrari is not only entering a new chapter of emission-free mobility, but also confirms that even in electrical silence, Maranello's distinctive adrenaline boom remains alive.

Typical Performance Of Jingkrak Horses And New Voices

Ferrari equips Elettrica with two homemade electric axes, each having two permanent magnetic synchronous motors with a peak efficiency of 93 percent. The combined system's power reaches 830 kW (about 1,115 hp), making this car not only fast, but also very responsive. The battery itself is said to be fully designed at Maranello, has an energy density of 195hubs/kg, the highest in its class, with an innovative cooling system that maintains optimal performance under various conditions.

Regarding the sensation of driving, Ferrari does not want to lose its soul. Through the technology of Torque Shift Engagement, drivers can choose five progressive acceleration levels using a middle shiftr, resulting in a force boost that is felt continuously without pause. Interestingly, Ferrari's distinctive voice is still present, not through digital simulations, but rather the result of strengthening mechanical vibrations from electric powertrains, such as electric guitar resonances that produce original and emotional sound characters.

Ferrari ensures that this journey to the future remains based on the same legacy, which prioritizes taste, performance, and exclusivity.
