President Prabowo Santuni The Family Of Soldiers Who Died Ahead Of The TNI Anniversary

JAKARTA - President Prabowo Subianto through Cabinet Secretary (Seskab) Teddy Indra Wijaya provides compensation to the families of TNI soldiers who died while carrying out their duties ahead of the TNI's 80th anniversary commemoration.

Three TNI soldiers, namely the late Praka (Mar) Zainal Muttaqin, Classi Dua (Kld) Pom. Lingga Surya Permana, and Pratu Johari Alfarizi died in three locations and separate times in a series of events and training ahead of the commemoration of the TNI's 80th Anniversary.

Seskab Teddy went directly to the family of the late Praka (Mar) Zainal Muttaqin and Kld Pom. Lingga Surya at Wisma Elang Laut, Jakarta, Thursday, and conveyed his condolences to the family.

At Wisma Elang Laut, the Chief of Staff of the Indonesian Navy (KSAL) Admiral Muhammad Ali and Seskab Teddy Indra Wijaya, accompanied by the Commander of the Indonesian Navy Marine Corps Lieutenant General TNI (Mar) Endi Supardi, handed over compensation from President Prabowo to the families of the two soldiers of the Indonesian Navy who died, namely Praka (Mar) Zainal Muttaqin and Kld. Pom. Lingga Surya Permana.

Reported by ANTARA, Thursday, October 9, Teddyy explained that the same compensation was also given by President Prabowo to the family of Pratu Johari Alfari, a Kostrad soldier who was also honest while carrying out his duties after the ceremony at the TNI's 80th Anniversary commemoration ceremony.

At Wisma Elang Laut, KSAL Admiral Ali conveyed that the compensation was a tangible manifestation of the government's concern for the TNI's extended family, especially the soldiers who had fought with dedication.

KSAL continued that the spirit, dedication, and sacrifice of the soldiers who died continued to be an inspiration to the next generation of the TNI.

Meanwhile, the Commander of the Marine Corps, Lt. Gen. TNI (Mar) Endi, also expressed his condolences to the family, and the highest appreciation to the families of the soldiers left behind. Endi then emphasized that the Indonesian Navy's Marine Corps continued its service with a high fighting spirit in maintaining the sovereignty of the nation.

Not only compensation from the President, the families of the three TNI soldiers who died also received compensation from PT Asabri (Persero), and from several banks for their families.

The compensation was symbolically handed over to the family by the Inspector General (Irjen) of the TNI Vice Admiral TNI Hersan, who represented the TNI Commander General Agus Subiyanto at the Gatot Subroto Tuesday Hall, TNI Headquarters, Cilangkap, East Jakarta, Thursday.

"On behalf of the big family of the Indonesian National Army, we express our deepest condolences for the death of our brothers and sisters who have given the best service to the nation and state," said Laksdya Hersan to the families of the soldiers.

"I really understand that there are not enough words to erase the sadness of ladies and gentlemen at this time. However, believe me that the deceased has left the best legacy, namely good name, honor, and pride for the family, unity, and the state," continued Hersan.

The compensation received by the families of the soldiers was around Rp. 350 million more for each family, plus Rp. 10 million for each family from two Himbara banks and one regional bank.
