PBSI Collaborates With New EO To Hold National And International Championships In Indonesia
The Indonesian Badminton Association (PBSI) officially cooperates with a new event organizer (EO) to organize a national and international badminton event, including the BWF Tour Indonesia Open.
The party partnered with the national badminton parent was PT Perada Swara Productions. They are trusted to handle all important events that will take place throughout 2026.
PBSI Secretary General, Ricky Soebagdja, said that the appointment of PT Perada Swara Productions was based on positive experience and track record.
"I would like to thank you for this collaboration that has been carried out. Of course this will be a big hope, the implementation of these championships will get better," Ricky said at a press conference.

In addition to running the Indonesia Open, PT Perada Swara Productions will also handle Indonesia Masters Super 500, Indonesia Masters Super 100, International Challenge, Junior World Championships, National Circuits, and National Championships.
Ricky said that so far PT Perada Swara Productions has experience in designing, regulating, managing, and implementing the entire series of badminton championships in Indonesia.
"This makes us confident in trusting them to hold national and international PBSI tournaments with a duration of cooperation throughout 2026," he said.
The presence of PT Perada Swara Productions automatically allows PBSI to focus more on updating sports science and developing facilities and infrastructure as part of the development and development of achievement.
General Manager of PT Perada Swara Productions, Gege Dhirgantara, said the trust given to his party was an honor.
"Of course, we will realize this trust with high responsibility through organizing quality events so as to provide a memorable experience for the audience, especially badminton lovers," he said.
The Djarum Foundation Sports Service Director Program, Yoppy Rosimin, said that this collaboration aims to strengthen people's love for Indonesian badminton.
Yoppy hopes that this collaboration will run well so that it opens up the possibility of being extended. In addition, he emphasized that his party is very open to supporting all badminton events in Indonesia.
"It's written a year, but of course it can be extended. However, of course the performance must be good. Otherwise, PBSI could look for others," he said.
The Indonesia Open leveled Super 1000 BWF is one of the prestigious tournaments in the BWF tour calendar. This tournament is usually held in the middle of the year at Istora Senayan, Jakarta.
