Police Arrest Student Perpetrators Ofgeling The Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Liaison Office In Menteng

JAKARTA - A number of students were arrested by the police from the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Government Liaison Office (Sultra) on Jalan Sumenep, Menteng, Central Jakarta.

Security was carried out after students forcibly sealed the office. They were secured to the Menteng Metro Police for further investigation.

"The Southeast Sulawesi provincial representative office has made a report at the Central Jakarta Metro Police. The students have been clarified," said Head of Public Relations of the North Jakarta Metro Police, Iptu Ruslan when confirmed.

The students were arrested after sealing the office and had a chance to argue with the authorities.

Even though they were secured, the students were then only recorded and released.

"After clarifying, students are returned to the mess. The process is still under investigation," he said.
