Home Of Homecoming Returners To Jakarta, Stickers Installed To Let Neighbors Anticipate

JAKARTA - Deputy Governor (Deputy Governor) of DKI Jakarta Ahmad Riza Patria said that houses belonging to DKI residents returning to their hometowns will be affixed with a marker sticker.

Deputy Governor Riza said that the sticking of stickers was done as a form of responsibility for the travelers who were desperate to return to their hometowns. This is because the government has prohibited its citizens from going home to suppress the spread of COVID-19.

"For those who come for homecoming, they are given a sign for their house as a marker. This is also a form of responsibility that we are going home, what purpose, yes, there must be openness," said Deputy Governor Riza at the City Hall of DKI, Central Jakarta, Monday, May 17 evening.

Riza asked travelers to understand that those who travel have the potential to carry the corona virus. So, the marker stickers in the travelers' homes can make neighbors anticipate the transmission of the virus.

"Don't think about yourself, going home does not think about your family, Jakarta residents and other neighbors. If we go home, we have the potential to be exposed and can infect our family and the immediate environment. For this reason, it is necessary to anticipate residents to know," he explained.

In addition, travelers who return to Jakarta are also screened or screened in two layers when they return.

The first layer of screening is carried out by the vehicle insulation officer. The travelers who want to return to Jakarta are required to bring a COVID-19-free certificate. If not, travelers will be immediately tested for antigen.

Screening in RT and RW is the second layer of examination at the community scale. The COVID-19 Task Force at the RT and RW levels coordinated with the ranks of the sub-district, village head, Babinkabtibmas, and Babinsa to collect data on residents who entered the Jakarta area after Idul Fitri 1442 H.

The heads of RT and RW will be provided with a special application to report twice a day on conditions in their area. The travelers are confirmed to be healthy and have no symptoms of COVID-19.
