BI Launches Four Strategic Programs In ISEF 2025

JAKARTA - The Governor of Bank Indonesia (BI), Perry Warjiyo announced that the 2025 Indonesia Sharia Economic Festival (ISEF) will also present four main programs as concrete steps to strengthen the Islamic economy and finance, both at the national and global levels.

"We will raise four commitments that we will show as an achievement this year and to move forward," he said at the opening ceremony of the Indonesia Sharia Economic Festival (ISEF) 2025, Wednesday, October 8.

He explained that these programs were designed to support the sustainable development of the Indonesian sharia economy, in line with the achievements achieved in the State of the Global Islamic Economy Report 20242025

Perry said in the report, Indonesia again occupies the third position in the Global Islamic Economy Indicator (GIEI), which is strong evidence of Indonesia's potential in becoming the center of the world's sharia economy.
