JCI Monday Gained Up 17.08 Points To 4,513.14 Levels

JAKARTA - The Jakarta Composite Index closed in the green zone on Monday, April 27 trading. JCI closed up 0.38 percent or 17.08 points to 4,513.14 levels.

In closing the trade, there were 170 stocks rising, 216 stocks weakening, and 129 stocks stagnating. The trading volume was recorded at 6.11 billion shares and was traded at Rp5.19 trillion.

"Market appreciates Trump's fourth stimulus program in order to tackle the COVID-19 pandemic in the US. Even though the COVID-19 pandemic is still a long-term response to this," said Binaartha Sekuritas analyst M. Nafan Aji Gustama to VOI.

This afternoon, stocks that were among the top gainers, including PT Karya Bersama Anugerah Tbk (KBAG) which rose 14.04 percent to Rp260, PT Ace hardware Indonesia Tbk (ACES) which rose 7.19 percent to Rp1,490 , and PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk which strengthened 6.72 percent to Rp7,150.

Meanwhile, stocks that are in the top losers ranks, including PT Putra Rajawali Kencana Tbk (PURA) which weakened 6.67 percent to Rp84, PT Borneo Olah Sarana Sukses Tbk (BOSS) which weakened 6.02 percent to Rp78, and PT Envy Technologies Indonesia Tbk (ENVY), which fell 5.34 percent to IDR124.
