Continued Session Of Edhy Prabowo, Prosecutors Present Anggia Tesalonika Cs To Iis Rosyita's Wife

JAKARTA - The Public Prosecutor (JPU) at the KPK presented 11 witnesses in a follow-up trial in the alleged bribery case for the export of fry with the former Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) Edhy Prabowo.

Three of the witnesses were former personal secretary Edhy Prabowo.

"The witnesses (trial) of the defendant Edhy Prabowo, among others, Anggia Tesalonika Kloer, Putri Elok Sukarni, and Fidya Yusri," said Acting KPK spokesman Ali Fikri when confirmed, Tuesday, May 18.

Not only former personal assistants from Edhy Prabowo, from the list of witnesses presented the name Iis Rosyita Dewi. She is the wife of Edhy Prabowo.

While other witnesses came from several backgrounds. Starting from former aides to private parties.

"Putri Tjatur Budilistyani, Iis Rosyita Dewi, Qushairi Rawi, Dicky Hartawan, Iwan Febrian, Barary, Elmirfak Hatmadja, Andhika Anjaresta, Chandra Astan," said Ali.

Meanwhile, former Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) Edhy Prabowo was charged with accepting bribes of up to Rp25.7 billion. This bribe is related to the export license for lobster or fry.

The bribe was received by Edhy Prabowo from fry exporters through Amiril Mukminin, Safri, Ainul Faqih, Andreau Misanta Pribadi, and Siswadhi Pranoto Loe.

In his dakwan, Edhy received a bribe of 77 thousand United States (US) dollars or if converted into a current amount of Rp1,126,921,950. The acceptance of the bribe was through his staff, namely Safri and Amiril Mukminin from the owner of PT Dua Putera Perkasa Pratama (PT DPP), Suharjito.

Then, Edhy also received money amounting to Rp24,625,587,250. This money was provided by Suharjito and other exporters through his staff.

For his actions, Edhy Prabowo was charged with Article 12 letter a of Republic of Indonesia Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Corruption Crimes as amended by Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2001 concerning Amendments to Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Acts. Corruption in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) 1 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 65 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code.

Then, Article 11 of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Corruption Crimes as amended by Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2001 concerning Amendments to Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Corruption in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1 ) 1st KUHP in conjunction with Article 65 paragraph (1) KUHP.
