Solar Queue At Parigi Gas Station, Central Sulawesi Infectious, Police Conduct Checks
JAKARTA - The police conducted direct supervision and checks on the Kampar General Fuel Filling Station (SPBU), Parigi District, Central Sulawesi (Sulteng).
Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit (Kasat Reskrim) of the Parigi Moutong Police, IPTU Agus Salim, said that this check was following public reports regarding the length of the queue for vehicles to get diesel fuel.
The Head of Criminal Investigation Unit directly led the supervision and inspection together with the Unit II personnel of the Satreskrim Special Crime Unit (Tipidter) based on Law Number 22 of 2001 concerning Oil and Gas.
"From the results of field checks, officers found that there was a buildup of vehicles due to high demand for diesel fuel in the community, while the stock available at the Kambel gas station was limited," he said in Parigi Moutong, Tuesday, was confiscated by Antara.
In addition, he said, this is because the Kampar gas station is the only gas station in the Parigi City area that sells diesel fuel, so buyers and diesel users are centered in that location.

The Kampar gas station implements a day-sharing system for buyers using jerry cans, namely on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
Buyers with general jerry cans are farmers, fishermen, and MSME players who have official recommendations from related agencies, including the Fisheries Service, Agriculture Service, and the local MSME Service.
He said no serious violations or obstacles were found during the checking process.
Nevertheless, he emphasized that his party will continue to monitor the distribution of subsidized fuel so that it is right on target.
"We will invite gas station supervisors in the Parigi Moutong Regency area to coordinate and find joint solutions related to this diesel queue," he said.
