Judol Poison That Makes The Rosok Iron Maker Steal 25 Grams Of Gold At The Koja Market Tjantik Mas Shop

JAKARTA - The Criminal Investigation Unit of the Koja Police is still investigating the suspect MF (34) who was the perpetrator of the theft of a 25 gram gold necklace worth Rp 49 million.

Based on the suspect's confession, the man from Kayu Tinggi, Cakung, admitted that he was desperate to steal because he was caught in an online gambling (Judol) type slot.

"From the results of the interim examination, the perpetrator was motivated to commit the theft because he was in debt. The perpetrator is indicated to be playing judol, yes, the slot is playing slots," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Koja Police, AKP Fernando to VOI, Monday, October 6, 2025.

From the suspect MF's confession to the police, before being arrested for stealing gold jewelry, he was a seller of iron purchases in the Cakung area.

"According to his confession, he works as a Iron Worker. An iron tungsok (rook) seller sells iron goods," he said.

In addition, the perpetrator admitted that this was the first time he had carried out a reckless theft. He admitted that he had dark eyes and chose a short road by stealing at a gold shop.

"The confession of the new perpetrator carried out the action because he had already lost a lot of debt. The jewelry was 1 24-carat gold necklace weighing 25 grams," he said.

The perpetrator also did not have time to sell the stolen necklace. The reason is, after the incident, the perpetrators were caught by the residents even though they had managed to steal the jewelry.

"Not yet, (the jewelry collectors) have not had time to be sold (by the perpetrators),"

Previously, it was reported that MF (34), a male resident of Kayu Tinggi, Cakung, East Jakarta, was battered after being caught stealing 25 grams of gold necklace jewelry at the Mas Tjantik Rawa Badak Shop, Koja Baru Market, Block A, Jalan Kramat Jaya, Tugu Utara Village, Koja District, North Jakarta, Monday, October 6, 2025.

During the theft, the perpetrator wore a mask and gloves. The incident was caught on CCTV cameras.
