Stafsus Pramono Reveals There Are Reports That Residents In JAKI From 2019 Have Not Been Followed Up
JAKARTA - Special Staff to the Governor of DKI Jakarta for Social Communication, Chico Hakim revealed that the Governor of DKI Pramono Anung gathered his staff to discuss the handling of problems that residents complained about through the latest Jakarta channel (JAKI).
In a plenary leadership meeting attended by all DKI Provincial Government officials and BUMD, Pramono expressed his surprise why there are still many complaints from residents in JAKI whose subordinates have not followed up.
"We know a lot, even the reports of residents from 2019 to today are not handled, it turns out to be there. We are investigating. Actually, the problem is checking, but it's annoying, people have already reported and they haven't been followed up," Chico told reporters, Monday, October 6.
Chico views that actually the provision of citizen complaint channels to the government in Jakarta is still better than other areas. However, Jakarta is currently projected to be included in the top 50 of global cities.
Therefore, to ensure that residents' complaints can be resolved, Pramono emphasized that his subordinates should simplify reporting procedures and follow-up procedures so that problems can be resolved immediately.
"Mr. Gub is quite strict, quite firm in saying that this must be a priority. Because if we want to talk about a global city, a city that in the country adheres to democratic principles, the most important thing is to follow up on what is criticism and reports from residents," said Chico.

Every report released by residents through JAKI, Pramono ordered sub-district heads in each region to coordinate the execution of resolving these problems.
On that occasion, Pramono ordered the ranks to follow up on all reports by increasing coordination between regional work units (SKPD) so that the implementation was more efficient.
"You remind that cross-sectoral cooperation, cross-agency, must have a steady synergy. Because sometimes this unexecuted report, the completion, is mostly because coordination is not good," he said.
